mixedpsychophysics home page

The aim of the mixedpsychophysics project is to provide statistical tools (such as R codes, models, tutorials, and link to articles) for the psychophysics community. This project has a special focus on open-source programming language. For the moment, the codes and documentation are restricted to R, tough other open programming languages (such as Julia) might be considered in the future.

In collaboration with my colleague Priscilla Balestrucci, we released a new version of the R package that was renamed MixedPsy. The stable version of the MixedPsy is now available on CRAN. The developing version is available on Github. We are working on a tutorial, to be submitted as a journal paper. You can download the previous R code (MERpsychophysics) from the Blogroll at the bottom of the page. See the R code page for details.
